soooo, i've been on this workout thing.. and i've been trying

no but really on a more serious note..

i wake up;
go running for 25-20 minutes (with the dog)
come in, glass of water (i've been on this water thing lately)
eat a nice (but small portioned breakfast)
shower and get ready for my day.. (all by 1ish 2ish; i tend to wake up late)

oh yea and waking up early is another thing im working on .. hehe ..
once i've gone about my day doing the usual; babysitting, blogging, reading, writing..
it would be around the time to run again .. (i plan to run twice a day)
before i get ready for bed;
go running for 30-35 minutes (with the dog)

come in, glass of water
a nice liddle healthy snack bar
shower & then off to bed.. (all by 10ish)
*i've been working on going to bed "early" so my days can be longer.. hehe ..
hm, i will post a pic of what i look like now and then lets say in a month and a half i will post a pic of what i will then look like.. motivation is key! woohoo to working out & being healthy ..
